Team Leader Account Management
Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the Customer Support Account Management team
- Ensure contractual commitments to Pilatus Government Aviation customers are fulfilled
- Achieve annual sales and profitability targets for after-sales accounts, with a focus on sustainable business growth
- Lead and oversee activities to identify and develop after-sales business opportunities
- Oversee Regional and Account Managers in account, contract and subcontract management activities, ensuring alignment with Pilatus' strategic objectives and customer requirements
- Support the Director Customer Support in daily operations and contribute to the strategic development of the department
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or an equivalent professional qualification in engineering, business administration, or a related technical or commercial field
- At least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with exposure to Government Aviation customers
- Proven commercial experience, including contract management, people management, budget responsibility and business performance analysis
- Strong commercial judgment and a customer-focused mindset
- Motivating, collaborative and results-oriented leadership style
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
