CAMO – IT Application Specialist
DHL Air (Austria) GmbH is a new cargo airline founded in 2021 and is a subsidiary of DHL Group. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the effective administration and maintenance of the AMOS software application, ensuring its optimal availability, reliability and performance
- Monitor the AMOS application, identifying and resolving any issues or disruptions promptly to minimize operational downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements related to AMOS functionality and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of system upgrades, patches and enhancements to continuously improve AMOS performance and capabilities
- Provide end-user support on AMOS functionalities, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring efficient utilization of the system
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring timely delivery of AMOS-related services
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AMOS performance, usage and user satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions
- Proactively identify potential risks and security vulnerabilities within the AMOS application, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and address them

- System administration of AirVault (archiving program)
- System administration eCentral8 (technical log book system)
- System administration MyBoeingFleet.com
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed degree program (Aeronautical/Avionics/Mechanical or IT equivalent Engineering) and several years of relevant professional work experience or many years of relevant professional work experience as aerospace engineer and/or IT engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft IT or related equipment maintenance
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Good knowledge of IT Tools (Windows 365)
- Maintenance Information System (AMOS) knowledge highly desirable
- Ability to work in teams
- CAN DO and RIGHT FIRST-TIME attitude
- Systematic and analytical thinking
- Able to work under stress
- Motivated, flexible and reliable
- High level of accuracy
- Permission to work within EU
