Your tasks
- Maintain your EASA Qualification / Revalidation as SFI/TRI/TRE
- Maintain standardization and procedural / operational knowledge required by specific ATO/AOC
- Train the full scope of EASA training modules according to ATO/AOC quality standards / requirements
Your profile
In addition to your experience as instructor / trainer on CS-25 aircraft you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold or have held EASA ATPL
- Valid SFI / TRI / TRE Certificate
- Valid Type Rating on A320 / A300 / A330 / B757/767
- EU citizenship or unrestricted residence and work permit
- German language skills: Native Speaker or Level C1 or ICAO Level 5
- Strong interpersonal and didactic skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a shift basis and to travel as required
- Willingness to be assigned to client companies within the framework of employee leasing

Trainer Pool
The Interpersonal Trainer Pool is designed to support ATOs and flight operations in the medium to long term by providing experienced trainers (m/f/d).
The trainers involved receive an attractive fixed-term employment contract with Interpersonal and are assigned to various program participants on a needs-based and interest-oriented basis, depending on their qualifications and areas of expertise.
