Applicants must at least meet the following requirements:
- Permit to work in the European Union,
- Able to commute to Eisenstadt, Burgenland or willing to relocate,
- Strong ability to work in a team as well as self-managed,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Communicative and open minded personality,
- Having a general technical understanding, and
- Ability to adapt to different challenges on daily basis.
Additional advantages include:
- Aeronautical Degree or other technical degree (e.g. “HTL” or University),
- Knowledge or experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Continuing Airworthiness,
- Aviation specific trainings, a EASA Part 66 License and/or Aircraft Type trainings,
- Experience with Maintenance Tracking or Scheduling Software used in Business Aviation, or
- Additional languages.
It is impossible to foresee your duties and responsibilities as they will develop together with you, but they will include beside others to:
- Participate in Aircraft Surveys and documentation reviews at different locations, collect and filter relevant information about the aircraft and present it in an easily understandable report to our customers,
- Monitor scheduled maintenance requirements, work out solutions and present them to the customer,
- Support Aircraft in AOG Situations by organizing the best possible and cost-effective support,
- Monitor the validity of Certificates of Airworthiness and oversee and coordinate their extension or re-issue,
- Administer Continuing Airworthiness Documentation in digital and hardcopy format,
- Supervise scheduled maintenance events or pre-purchase inspections, address any potential issues and keep the customer well informed,
- Control Invoices related to technical actions, handle relevant claims against warranty, programs or insurances and ensure our customers only pay what they really need to, and
- Be a great part of our team, enjoy your work and contribute to the great development of the company

The minimum annual gross salary depends on the actual position, duties and responsibilities, but is based on the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Industry and ranges from EUR 26.749 (no experience – simple administrative tasks) to 41.971 EUR. Depending on experience mandatory higher minimum salaries may apply. Voluntary over-payment possible based on knowledge, experience and duties.
