MJET Seeking a Flight Operations Officer for Our Dynamic Team
- Job Opening: Flight Operations Officer (m/f/d)
- Location: Schwechat, Austria (A-2320)
- Working Hours: Shift work (24/7)
- Salary: minimum gross salary of €2,500 per month (14 times per year), with possibility of significant overpayment based on experience and qualifications
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor global flight operations.
- Prepare and file flight plans based on weather, airspace restrictions, and operational needs.
- Calculate fuel requirements, flight times, and alternate routes.
- Communicate with flight crews, customers, ground agents, and external providers.
- Monitor ongoing flights (flight watch) and proactively handle deviations or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific regulations
Your Profile
- Certified Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent (ICAO Annex 1 & 6) is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in business aviation flight operations.
- Strong knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations.
- Proficient in dispatch software and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
- High stress tolerance, decision-making skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
